Deep Tissue Massage
Aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries.
Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session.
Pressure Point Therapy
Pressure points are small painful pockets of energy in your body. These pressure points actually block the nerve energy from flowing through your body, causing a variety of discomforts and illnesses. In our session, pressure is applied to these specific points and dissolve them, releasing any blockages and restoring your nerve pathways to optimal health and function.

Thermal-auricular therapy, also called ear coning or Ear candling , is an alternative medicine practice used to improve general health and well-being by lighting one end of a hollow candle and placing the other end in the ear canal.
Each candle takes about 15-20 minutes to burn, it’s non-invasive procedure and has a relaxing effect.
This therapy uses 2 candles per ear, the 1st candle warms up the ear canal, and the second candle does the vacuum, which is the effect of the fire and causes debris to be drawn up the candle toward the flame.
*Some of the benefits of ear candling:
- Clears wax & debris from the ear canal
- Relieves pressure from behind the eardrum
- Sharpens mental functions, vision, hearing, taste & color perception
- Eases earache, headache & sinus pressure, allergies
- Relaxation from the negative charge of the herbal smoke
- Acts as a catalyst to clear nerve endings & promote healing.
Hot Stone Therapy
Heated stones are placed at specific sites on your body to deepen relaxation and promote circulation in your muscles. Muscles that are heated with these stones release tension and stress much more deeply and quickly than with a traditional massage. The overall experience is very relaxing, nurturing, and rejuvenating.
Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. People get it for many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage.
The cups may be made of:
If glass cups are used, a flammable substance such as alcohol, herbs, or paper is set on fire inside a cup and this heat creates suction on the skin.
As the air inside the cup cools, it creates a vacuum. This causes your skin to rise and redden as your blood vessels expand. The cup is generally left in place for up to 3 minutes.
Sometimes silicone cups are used and move from place to place on your skin for a massage-like effect.
Some or all of the techniques mentioned above are used in one session depending on what your body needs to release tension and stress easily and the effects last longer.
Book your appointment and talk to your therapist about which techniques fits the best to reach your goals.
